Experienced in working with individuals, couples and families, and marginalized groups relating to emotion dysregulation, complex trauma, secondary/vicarious trauma, addiction, concurrent disorders, grief and loss, interpersonal conflicts, suicidal and self-harm behavior, and power and control dynamics. 

I consider myself an ally for the LGBTQ2+ community.

I have a particular interest in helping individuals who are struggling with negative experiences associated with authenticity.

I am a Licensed Private Practitioner in NL, NS, ON, AB & BC.  I engage in continued learning and professional supervision sessions to meet requirements for yearly certification.
